The Hangover

I watched "The Hangover" last night and decided to write a little review, hopefully without giving away any spoilers.

I missed the first 10m because I was trapped on the #19 bus from Stanley Park to Metrotown St. coming from a friend's birthday party. When I finally got there I had no clue how to get to the theatre so I asked a group of high school kids huddled up smoking cigarettes. As I was leaving I told them if I get raped in the alley it's their fault; oh the power of karma.

The movie starts off with 4 bros going on a road trip the day before one of them is getting married. There is some full frontal nudity (Heather Graham! I was VERY surprised...) including the crotch of a hilarious Asian man. They rent out a suite and proceed to pre-drink on the roof. The next scene is of the next morning in the completely destroyed suite. None of them have a recollection of what they did last night and begin to piece things together given clues scattered around.

It's a very funny movie that is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a good comedy. Apparently the writers of "Old School" did this as well. I'd recommend this movie for some good laughs.
